I loved how clean the facility was, comfortable the room was, and the breakfast options were both filling and had a good variety for my picky-eaters (aka, my children.) I also loved that the staff were kind and helpful. It was very busy while we were there. One morning, not all the food items were stocked. But the staff member was working hard, apologized and said she will have it restocked as soon as possible (which was only a few minutes.) I went to go swimming with my children, and there were no pool towels. I let the front desk know and they immediately brought fresh towels in.

After my 7 day stay, the last morning breakfast was great. Finally scrambled eggs and bacon, which was my favorite breakfast. Found a lot of large coffee grounds in the Decaf coffee, so I went ahead and got a half cup of regular coffee, which was perfect.

This place was actually great and a good surprise! We loved the town of Troy, very cozy with some awesome restaurant options. The hotel itself had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the staff was so kind and helpful!

We only slept there as we had to leave at 4 am. The room was comfortable and clean.

Everything was great except for the wifi....staff amazing, bed and pillows fantastic, loved everything but the WIFi was not high speed and was pretty much useless.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, the location was good, close to the downtown of Troy, Oh. Shopping and restaurants were within short walks, nice place.
